Teacher training through The College of Training offers a unique set of course offerings specifically for teachers. Courses such as Lesson Planning, Ethics and Family Engagement, among others, this ensures that teachers at IPC schools are leading effective lessons, with parental involvement, and in principled environments.
Director Training
College of Teaching offers Director Training courses such as Leadership Management and Professional Interactions, among others, ensure that the directors of IPC schools are familiar with best practices of effective leadership, appropriate communication, and other values necessary to direct a successful preschool.
IPC Teacher Training Certificate
The College of Teaching awards a certificate to each member of an IPC school who completes the required training program. For amplified convenience, the certificate is made available for digital download and can therefore be sent or printed.
Interact with other students
The College of Teaching interface is designed to encourage contact between preschool teachers in IPC locations worldwide. The benefits of a social media platform comprised of preschool teachers teaching the same content, are endless.

The College of Teaching is the product of Sandy Middleton, ED. M., previously a teaching fellow at Harvard University, one of America’s top three universities. Sandy Middleton’s research incorporates traditional teaching methodologies with modern teaching approaches.
